Came in to get a nail out of my tire and ended up getting a great price for all 4 tires. Andrew was awesome!! He was great at explaining the life of my tires and gave me a great price. Would absolutely come back

I had a deck screw in my tire from somewhere. Discount employee ant the desk asked what he could help me with and went out to my suv for information. When tire was fixed another employee brought my car up to the door. Explained that my spare and everything was back in the car. He explained how the tire was fixed . Very friendly and informative. Thank you so much.

Excellent service! Friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure my simple request to check lug torque was the solution. They made time to check the tire balance to solve the issue, also remounted one of the new tires on the wheel to get the balance dialed in. Professional, friendly service!

Great service! From the counter to the guys in the back getting it done in record time. I had an appointment but wanted to get it done sooner after getting my lift installed. Used the walk in option and they where great!

Great service at the Discount shop always! Today my tire was fixed for free, the repair was done 30 min ahead of schedule and the car was parked in front of the main entrance with the door open and a smiling associate following up on the repair! The Traverse city crew is tops!!!
